Sophia is the university for those who have already completed the first cycle of university studies. Each pathway enhances the knowledge and skills acquired in a specific field of study through a broader inter- and transdisciplinary experience.
In a rapidly changing, highly complex and conflict-ridden world, specific knowledge and skills are not enough. Sophia trains leaders and changemakers who are able to think critically and constructively, beyond the constraints of the current paradigm, to act creatively and effectively.

Acting here and now

Sophia wants to be a university in action. Not only for the students who upon completion of their studies assume important roles in the academic and professional spheres, but also in the network of institutions and expressions of civil society in which it is embedded and in the daily action of its research centers. An action aimed at building leadership capable of stimulating innovation in the sense of fraternity and peace.
