This course aims to provide, on the one hand, a systematic analysis of major managerial theories, and, on the other, to reflect on the important and variegated phenomena of Corporate Social Responsibility. This will be done highlighting the connections between anthropological vision, organizational and business theories and managerial models. It will consider different approaches to Corporate Social Responsibility under both the academic and institutional perspectives. A particular focus will be brought to human capital management as a key strategic asset for a multidimensional business success.
