The course offers insights about the role and mission of leadership and entrepreneurship using a student-engaging methodology. Contemporary and classic leadership and entrepreneurship models are analyzed and compared. Particular emphasis is placed on innovative and female entrepreneurship, on servant and team leadership, and on the peculiar challenges posed by today’s globalized and multicultural society. Students will be led to create an entrepreneurial plan, working in teams, and to envisage sustainable leadership and entrepreneurship models for the future.
