Il corso si articola in due momenti: il primo introduttivo sui modelli di storiografia filosofica e il secondo storico-fondativo di una prospettiva e modello relazionale. Nel primo momento ci si propone di mostrare il nesso filosofia-storia della filosofia e il valore della dimensione storica entro la quale si situa ogni ricerca filosofica. Nel secondo, mettendo in luce i “percorsi del riconoscimento” nella storia del pensiero attraverso tre concetti chiave: uomo, cultura e relazione, si ripercorre, con particolare attenzione, il contributo di Platone, Aristotele, Cartesio, Hegel, Weil, Rawls, Honneth e Nussbaum. Uno speciale approfondimento verrà poi fatto su Weil: riflettendo sui termine Hasard e convenientia (convenance) che giocano un ruolo importante nella metaxologia weiliana, aperta ad una chiara prospettiva ontologica in cui il ritmo trinitario risulta centrale alla comprensione dello stesso universo, “metafora di verità divine”.
