Workshop on Facilitation
From 17 to 19 April 2026, a workshop on synodality will be held in Castelgandolfo (Rome), with a particular focus on “Facilitating synodal processes” in all their phases. Methodological training will be offered to develop facilitation skills in the context of synodal processes in the Church and in society.
Based on experiential learning and reflective practice, the workshop is open to all priests, religious and consecrated persons, pastoral workers, and lay people, anyone interested in becoming facilitation experts in their own environments.
