The course, with a highly participatory and dynamic style, through a series of group dynamics, guided interactions, and group exercises, aims to offer to the students the principles of the leadership model emerging from the charism of unity. The students will learn how to develop individual and group leadership skills to impact their lives and their communities. Content areas include servant leadership, woman leadership, shared decision-making strategies, goal setting, effective communication, and concrete strategies to implement change. The evolution of the academic path will culminate with the creation of an individual or a group leadership plan. In addition to this, an historical perspective of leadership will be offered with a particular focus on participatory models throughout the centuries up until today.
