Il corso si propone di fornire, attraverso un approccio interdisciplinare e una metodologia interattiva – con l’intervento di professionisti ed esperti di prevenzione, gestione, risoluzione dei conflitti – un quadro concettuale delle varie tipologie di conflitto nell’epoca attuale e nello scenario internazionale.

La ricerca intende indagare, sia da un punto di vista teorico che attraverso l’analisi di casi specifici, le principali modalità di prevenzione e risoluzione dei conflitti, affrontando le diverse cause che concorrono allo scoppio dei conflitti, i fattori che ne influenzano le dinamiche, il ruolo degli attori coinvolti, delle istituzioni e delle organizzazioni internazionali e le loro interazioni. Verranno esplorate le tecniche di negoziazione e mediazione, la comunicazione nella mediazione e la comunicazione non violenta, le modalità di trasformazione del conflitto attraverso i processi di peacekeeping e peacebuilding, il ruolo della sicurezza informatica. I seminari tematici che formano parte integrante del corso verranno offerti in live streaming.
