Course held in Italian

The course intends to retrace the itinerary carried out from antiquity to today by the philosophical reflection on the technique to highlight the characteristic features of each era. Particular attention will be given to the phenomenon denounced by twentieth-century philosophers regarding the weakening of speculative reason with respect to functional reason as a characteristic element of the contemporary age. In this context, the rediscovery of interiority will be proposed as a challenge to temper the domain of technique.
