Master’s Degree

Built upon the interdisciplinary studies of philosophy and political science, sociology, law and communication, in dialogue with each other and integrated in a unified framework, with the collaboration of parliamentarians, diplomats, officials and exponents of civil society, the degree programme trains professionals capable of understanding and intervening in conflicts, in the protection of human rights, in processes of democratic participation and of regional and global integration, for the construction of free and inclusive political communities.

"To build free and inclusive communities and introduce fraternity into politics"

The specialization makes use of the research work on the principle of fraternity understood in its public dimension, carried out in various universities and on different continents in the last twenty years. The research, which implies the rethinking of the foundations of political thought, supports and accompanies a transformation of actions in the public space and can be oriented towards political anthropology, international relations, the organization of civil society, economics.

The course aims to train professionals who, in the field of government of the territory and institutions, are able to contribute to the design and implementation of sustainable strategies of co-governance between social, economic and political agents, responding with synergistic skills and high quality relationships to the growing demand for cooperation between sectors (public, private and third sector) for the effective care and regeneration of the common good.
